Currently on windows 11 and I receive an "The compressed (zipped) folder - is invalid" and I've tried extracting the file but it wont let me either, any solutions?
NOTE: when i tried extracting through windows it said the file was empty too btw
Try redownloading the game and use something like 7zip to open. I reuploaded the pc file yesterday and it seems to work for someone having a similar issue. Kinda weird that this is happening now but the game's been on here for almost a year. I should ask itch about what's happening.

alright so I attempted to use 7zip but the game wont boot up due to the images.rpa file im not sure exactly what to do with it

this was the result after extracting the folder through 7zip,

is what i got, the file still appeared but i opened it to this.

I've got a similar issue to attilla, I've bought the game, and when it downloaded I clicked on the zip folder.
It didn't open, but instead said "Copy Zip is Invalid".
So I extracted the files and was able to open the folder, but when I try load the game, the application doesn't open.
What should I do?

Ok, so I reuploaded the PC zip file. Try downloading it again and open it. If it doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall your archive software (7zip, winrar, etc.). Other than that, I have no idea. I can open it with just regular windows zip.
Edit: Send a screenshot inside the plastic soul 1.0 folder if you can.

im on the newest windows, and ive re-installed it twice now and, I'm using bree-zip and I've tried using windows default extractor and it still wont work.
EDIT: I just saw in another comment that you've reuploaded the files I'm downloading it again and checking it now.

What an amazing game. I downloaded it for faps but the storyline is kinda unique that I wish I can have sentient ai robot that can give me some love but that is just a wishful thinking hahahaha.
Anyway, can't wait for the new update and for the additional storyline. If you removed the sex elements you can actually still enjoy the story of this game!
cant say its sentient yet, but modern ai chatbots have gotten pretty damn convincing

Okay, I think I just fixed mine after I tried something. If you have multiple versions of it still installed. try deleting all the previous versions folders and leave the latest and play from there. Everything that should be currently be open, opens

Finished the game, (i'm at day 100 and unlocked all the Skill Tree tech).
Love the characters in this game and story is sweet! Also theres a bit of a problem on mobile version. It sometimes crash whenever i open the menu button.

The bug is fixed in 0.10. As for the crashing on menu, I just hope that renpy releases an update that will address it.

Once you viewed all the touching scenes from each activity, you can go to the tech tree to unlock more skills. It's the top center left button.
but the teach tree need the motivation meanwhile i have 3 like is does increase like i even get my stamina to 50 and 25 strength and still 3 motivation. I even do all activity of the android for 3 days straight and still no sign of increasing.T_T
You should have 10 motivation points if you did all the touching scenes. You start off with 3 skill points. You sure you're not mistaking skill points for motivation?

You have to uninstall the old version. As for the saves, I think you have to root your phone and transfer the old saves to the new version. That's what I read online anyway.

Am I the only one having problems with installation I had to uninstall the older version try to install the new one and it just kept crashing each time I tried it took me 16 tries just to get it I love the game the animations great I just hope whatever problem that causes it to crash when checking goes away

I don't know why this happens. I think it has something to do with the way the renpy client compiles the android version. We can only wait for renpy to fix it. I don't know what else to say. Try playing the PC or MAC versions if you can.
